DESCRIPTION

Shuttles runs

Cones are placed 20 yards apart.

Players must sprint from line to opposite line and back - repeat three times within 30 secs. Thirty secs revovery whilst second group complete. Complete 5 reps in one set.

Third set completed with ball but 40 seconds allowed to complete rep but recovery still 30 secs. Total rest between sets is 2 mins 30 secs.
