LEAD IN PRACTICE - 20 MINS
Attacking overload game blue starts off in a 1v1 with red keeper as soon as the ball is dead 2 reds break out and create a 2v1 against blue and the blue into a 3v2 against red keep going until all overloads done
Progress to time limit to score, and combination needed before you can score
OPPOSED PRACTICE - 40 MINS
Blues set up in 3-3 formation, coach passes ball in then play is live, blue team look to use there extra player to create chances and score goals
Red team set up in 1-3-2 formation look to defend outnumbered, when they win the ball back progress to mini goals and try to score
Rotate teams after 20 mins, progress with time limit to score
Primary units midfield 3 and front 3
