Players: 4 groups of 3 (1 shooting, 2 serving)
Setup: 3 stations, 1 is central 10 yard outside box. 2 is to the right 15 yard outside box, 3 is on wing, parallel with 6 yard line.
How to Play:
Each player takes it in turns to be the striker and take 3 shots:
1 - Take ball from central cone, 1 touch and shoot
2 - Instantly the server on station 2 will feed the ball into the striker who must turn in one touch and shoot
3 - The striker must check back out towards the penalty spot as the ball comes across from station 3 for a first time finish
4 corners:
Technical: Finishing, technique of ball striking
Psychological: Patience, awareness, concentration
Physical: Co-ordination, turning quickly, balance
Social: Communication
