This drill focuses on aggressiveness in winning 50/50 bals and fitness.
Create 4 teams and have them in each corner
1. The coach playes ball to center of square and commands "GO"
2. The first player of each team sprints after ball in attempt to reach ball first.
3. Once player wins the ball, he has to hold possession from other three players for 5 sec before he can pass back to coach.
4. If any player steals the ball, he has to hold possession for 5 sec before he can pass back to coach.
5. Team scores a point if manage to hold possession for 5 sec and make pass to coach. First team to reach 5 points wins
