COACHING POINTS

Endurance and Shooting is a very important aspect of football. Endurance workout helps in building cardio-vascular and muscular endurance and its ideal for an individual to have these to last a full game. Shooting is important in football as it helps in scoring and shooting helps in doing so.

Ensure members hop on toes while doing the workout.

Ensure members hop on their toe, maintain body balance over the hoops and use alternate legs.

Ensure members dribble the ball in and out of the cone and use both the legs.

Ensure members use both feet while shooting the ball

Ensure members land on toes while jumping over the hurdles.

Ensure members use their forehead to head the ball.

Beginners/Members coming back from injuries should be given extra attention.
