DESCRIPTION

  • Setup: Area of 40 x 30 is divided into thirds. Players are divided into two teams of six (with two players in each 3rd) and two bounce players on the edges of the area.
  • The practice is unnoposed.
  • Objective: Both teams have to work the ball through the 3 sections. Both players in each area must touch the ball and the ball must be given to one of the wide players before it can be moved to the next section. Both teams carry out this task simultaneously.
  • Progression: The practice remains unopposed but a competitive edge is added. The team that completes the most consecutive switches through the 3 thirds without losing control of the ball wins.
