Objective: 1v1 & 1v2 different situations from defender(s)
Organization: grid 15x10 yd. 10 players (6 def. 4 att.)
Progression: Att. start dribble with intent to score by crossing
the line. coach call or show number of which defender(s) step in
to prevent scoring. If defender win ball score by dribble opposite
line or pass to coach.
Team score 5 points win. If Att. team wins stay in attacking
(max 2 times).
Coaching points: vision, read defender, space, protect the ball,
change in speed.
How to guide the player: while player is dribbling must be aware
of the defender by looking up and recognize the space that
needs to be attacked and when. use of the body to protect the
ball and change in the speed.
