Splits players into two equal teams. Six players on one team, and six on the other. Split area into two and one team will have one playing area, and the other team the remaining playing area. One player on each team will wear a yellow bib, and they will become the defender, they have to try and intercept their passes, or get the ball from them. So it becomes a 5v1 situation
