DESCRIPTION

  • 4 players per team assigned to a square. 
  • Group of Defenders carrying pinnies
  • Each defender will pick a square to attack the pass/player with ball.  
  • If defender is successful the passer becomes new defender and runs into whichever square they want to attack.  (could be occupied by another defender as well). 

COACHING POINTS

  • Focus on accurate passing 
  • Focus on first touch of the ball
  • Focus on Communication
  • Focus on Defensive tactics
