30* 30 area split into 2. 4 mini goals. 1 ball. Teams play 3vs 3 across 2 fields . The attacking team start with the ball. It aims to score in the mini goals. Defending teams are numbered 1 to 3. 1 and 3 have to stay on their fields while central defender can move between 2 fields to assist wide defenders. If defending team wins the ball then they score at the opposite end. Play untill ball is scored and is out.
