Players are divided into two teams. Two players from the red ted team should stand in a square each diagonally opposite each other and two players from the blue team should stand in the other two squares.
The aim of the game is to try to keep possession of the ball and try to score a point by passing the ball to their teams target players int eh squares.
Rules: Once a player has passed the ball to their target player they must switch with the person inside the square.
Progression: Once a point has been scored in one target they must work towards scoring in the other target zone.
