The area is split into 3 different zones, players spend approximately 10 minutes in each zone before rotating.
The first zone is handball, using a slightly flatter football as the players' hand-eye coordination requires a lot of development.
The second zone is a normal game of football.
The third zone is a skills zone, where the players use a variety of different skills and have the freedom to try different ideas.
Players are split into 3 groups in accordance of their technical ability, meaning all players can be challenged in each of the 3 zones.
