Sweeper Throw
Double switching. Both Forwards switch positions, both center mids switch positions. Oppostie outside Mid stays wide, prepares to make attacking run. Closest Outside Mid, creates space from thrower, checks away and makes attacking run towards open space. Opposite Center mid sets up at "throwers reach" preparing to "flick on" with head. If throw is short, options to "play the way you face", turn, etc.
Short throw option to opposite Forward on the end line, corner of penalty box, option to play the way you face, turn to cross, attack end line, etc.
Near side back becomes sweeper.
Correct space from thrower, dont crowd. Know your teammates arm throw strength.
Signal from thrower, "go" "smack the ball" synchronized.
Timing! Target player pick and control your spot.
width on backside, Still close enough to attack inside of defender. Make defender look for you. Don't stand still.
