Set up an area that is no bigger then half the size of a full sized Football pitch. Set up 2 teams of 4 and have 2 neutral players.
One team will start with the ball and plays out from the keeper, what ever team has possession of the ball will have the 2 neutral players on their team, for example if red team hd the ball they will join red team but as soon as blue team get the ball they will be on blue team.
The winning team is the team that has the most amount of goals after 2 to 3 minites, once a game finishes rotate the neutral players.
The main focus of this this drill is to have a fast pace passing and shooting session with elements of the counter attacker and attacking/defending overloads.
