Set up two lines of cones on either side of the playing area - 15 to 20 yards apart. Set up 8-10 blue cones and 8-10 red cones that can be knocked over. Players cannot enter the neutral area except to retrieve a ball.
Divide players into two teams. Every player has a ball. Players pass their ball into the middle area trying to knock over the other team's cones. The first team to knock over all of the other teams cones is the winner. Reset cones and play again.
Non-kicking foot pointed in the direction of the pass. Open the hips, connect with the inside part of the foot, follow through the ball, make a "fist" with your foot.
