DESCRIPTION

Group players into teams of 3 or 4

  • Coach to say where they are to take the set play from on the court.
  • If the team consists of 3 players. (2 x will be the attackers, 1 x will be the defender or act as the wall)
  • If the team consists of 4 players (2 x will attack / shoot), 2 x will defend / be the wall)
  • The two attacking players are to come up with how they will score the goal.
  • It must be an indirect shot NOT direct.
  • Make sure they take turns coming up with the set play and rotating through defending.

Encourage creativity and team work.
