Set Up
Set a 20 x 12 Yard Grid with 4 Cones.
Add a fifth 7 yards from far cone.
1 Player on nearest cone (N1) another on the far cone (P2).
Instructions
Starting Player (P1) plays a short pass and move 1 - 2 movement with Yellow Player N1.
Upon recieving the ball back at the next cone, P1 sends a longer "Out ball" to Player 2 (P2).
Player one then sprints to the next cone in order to recieve a return pass from P2.
At this time N1 Moves to the cone P1 Just vacated.
P1 Exchanges a short 1 - 2 with P2 and then runs to the Cone N1 Vacated.
At the point of pass 5, N1 Makes a move to the Cone P1 is on in order to recieve a 1 -2 with Player 1.
Upon completing this final 1 -2, P2 plays a longer "Outball" to the next player to take the place of P1, and then P2 Makes an outside run to the back of the que and N1 takes his place on the far cone.
