Split players in two teams. Split the field in three zones as shown in the image. Middle zone 2v2, end zones 1v1.
PROGRESSION
Play begins within the middle zone where players go 2v2. Aim of the attacking team is to move the ball towards the attacking third. Aim of the attacker is to exploit the depth provided and try to create space away from the defenders. When the ball is moved to the last third one of the players inside the middle zone can join the attacker to play 2v1.
As soon as the goalkeeper gets the ball one extra player from the middle zone enters the defending zone to help his teammate get the ball out of the defending zone.
