Same activity takes place on both sides of the pitch. Orange neutral player stays in the blue rectangle and starts with the ball, other players are not allowed in the blue rectangle. They pass the ball into the whites (attackers). They aim to shoot into the goal. The defenders (reds) aim to win the ball back from the whites as quickly as possible, and try to pass into the orange neutral players as soon as they can. If they score in 3 seconds of regaining possession = 2 goals. >2 seconds = 1 goal.
