Create a grid of approximately 30x15. One player (white) on the side of each post. Three players (red) on the opposite side are the attackers.
PROGRESSION
A white player will provide a pass to one of the red players. The white players move forward to defend while the red players need to exchange passes and move forward aiming to score. If the white players win the ball they try to score to one of the two white posts. At the same time the red players need to quickly react and press the ball to retrieve possesion.
Pay attention to quick transition from offense to defence and marking.
