Call one colour to sprint to cone and receive the ball from feeder. Feeder then calls the oposite color to become the Defender. It then turns into a 1 v 1 with a shot at goal.
This way you avoid a sprint to the ball by both players avoiding injuries.
Progression would be to call up another color to support either the defender or the attacker either creating a 2 v 1 or 2 v 2 situation.
