DESCRIPTION

Two teams 11v11. The pitch is divided into 5 parts. In the defensive zones 4v2 (3v2) in middle zone 3v3, in the side zones 1v1. 

One main rule. The team with the ball must create an overload in the zone. A team without possession must not allow an opponent's number advantage.

If the game with no keepers, teams have to score from scoring zone placed 10m in front of the goal.

COACHING POINTS

Create duels with finishing by shot!

Movement possession's players between zones. Create overload 3v2 into the zone.
