Description
In Teams, players must pass the ball in the sequence of throw, head, volley, catch. The aim is to score a goal using one of the techniques. When a goal is scored, the team then attacks the other direction.
Progression
1. Players do not need to catch, they can for e.g. head first time to team mate.
2. Introduce competition - how many goals can each team score in 2 minutes.
3. Use 1 ball 5 v 5.
