Players split into two teams. 1 Defender from each team is unmarked. Play 3v3 in the middle zone with one joker making game 4v3.
PROGRESSION 1
Aim of the white players the attacking team is to patiently move the ball and keep possesion until a vertical pass can be provided to the attacking third and the blue player. Pay special attention to players providing support to the player keeping possesion on the ball.
PROGRESSION 2
Place an attacker on each of the wide grids and advice one player from the middle grid to support when the ball is passed to the attacking third. Players go 2v1 aiming to score.
