Keeper starts in center of goal. Have a rebounder or another player just inside the 6 yard box by the left corner. Coach stands to the left of the penalty spot close to the opposite 6 yard box corner.
Coach serves the ball to the rebounder. Keeper shuffles to the post to cut down the angle.
The ball is played back up to the coach who shoots to the near post. The keeper tracks the ball as it is passed and then reacts to make a save.
Any balls playable after the save are shot again where the keeper must react and make another save.
Switch sides.
