DESCRIPTION

  • 5 rows of cones.
  • players start on 1 row.
  • 5 players at a time sprint to yellow cones do 1 sit up then sprint back to start then to red cones do 1 press up and so on.
  • next player goes when first player is on his second run
  • increase number of sit ups and press ups upto 5
