  • bib half the players
  • bibed player start with the ball
  • player s pass the ball then do 5 dynamic stretches
  • 5 high knees, 5 heal flicks, 5 side steps 5
  • once done stretch they go looking for a pass
  • cones as a distraction


Coaching points

  1. players must move into space
  2. short direct passes
  3. pass, dynamic strech then straight looking for a pass
  4. players must shout for the ball
