Two teams. Game 7v5. White team plays with keeper against two small goals. Pitch is divided on two zones. Defense zone of blue team and defense zone of whites.
On defense zone of blue team have to be always two blue and one white players.
Blue team attempt to organize positional attack to score to goal. The white team, attempt to regain the ball and organize counterattack to score to one of the two goals.
Two blue players whos are in defense zone plays as a support for his attackers. If the first defender goes with support for attackers, the second one, have to be as security to marking the white midfielder.
