DESCRIPTION

  • Blue team defending, red team attacking
  • Blue start game off with a pass to outside the line of orange cones
  • Blue need to press up the field as fast as possible, closing down the space and defending against the attackers
  • Blue 3rd defender has to chase back as quick as possible to balance the defence
  • Reds needs to attack 3v2 as quickly as possible, using the extra space
  • If defenders get the ball, then they have the 2 small green goals to attack
  • Defenders have a 4th player with the keeper, can they use this extra man to counter attack
