Directional game looking at combination play inside a possession area. One player from each team at opposite areas of the area (top and bottom), with two players from that team on the inside of the area. Similar with the other team on the remaining two sides of the areas (left and right). Play begins at one end, play into the inside players who play a quick combination before passing out to the opposite end.
Prog: Players on the outside can pass inside and then follow their pass in, whoever plays outside the area can then move to be on the outside.
