Setup an area around 15 x 15 yards , place (in this diagram 4 cones but markers might be better with this sesssion) 4 balls on top of the 4 cones.
To play - Have 4 players two in each half have the other two sets of players standing on the side lines ready to go on, the coach plays the ball into play and shouts go or whistles to start play. Both sets of players have to get to the ball first, when one team gets the ball they then have to dribble and pass the ball between them as they head towards they opposition cones while the team without the ball have to try and win the ball off them.
The object is to knock the balls off the cones, if the ball goes out of play through either failing to knock the ball off or lose control of the ball. The coach plays another ball into play, first team to knock a ball off scores 1 point and the losing team swaps with there teammates that are on the sidelines and play starts again.
Passing and dribbling keeping the ball under control while been put under pressure.
