GK's will be in pairs. Each GK will take it in turns to complete the test, they will work for 1 minute each.
1 GK starts within the marked area, the other will be the serving also starting in the serving marked area.
There will be 2 GK's working (alternating) and 1 coach will be serving. Just in front of the GK will be a wet sheet in which the coach will volley balls onto. It is the GK's job to judge the flight and speed of the ball and react to make a save, protecting his goal.
GK's will rate their reactions out of 10.
