GK's will be in pairs. Each GK will take it in turns to complete the test, they will work for 1 minute each.
1 GK starts within the marked area, the other will be the serving also starting in the serving marked area.
The GK working will start sitting down with his feet crossed. The GK will have to hold his position for 1 minute while he receives continuous volleys/throws. It is down to the GK working to be consistent with his catching techniques.
