Attackers must play fast passes around the box
Defenders must try to intercept
If the Defender successfully intercepts then they swap places with the Attacker who lost possession
Attackers can move around the outside of the box providing there is no other Attacker in that space in order to create a triangle and encourage short and fast passing and movement
Attackers in the central section of the Yellow boxes can turn and play on either the inside or outside box
As a progression one Attacker can be removed from the drill
The Attackers aim is then to move through the boxes
