One 8 x 8 4 v 2 Rondo and one 12 x 12 6 v 3 Rondo going at the same time. In the 4 v 2 Rondo goal is scored for splitting the Defenders. In the 6 v 3 Rondo goal is scored for every 7 passes 1 of which must be to an inside player.
Go for 1 minute then 1 minute rest. Rotate the players between the different Rondos but keeping mostly position specific.
