SETUP:
- Half a 7-aside field
- Mark 3 boxes 3x3 across the width at half way
- Play 6 (inc GK) on 4
- 6 setup as GK, 2 CB, 2 FB and a CM
- 4 setup as F, 2 FB and a CM
- Ball always starts with GK, team with overload try to play out to receive the ball in a square for 1 pt
- Opposition play to stop the overload playing out, if the win the ball they can try to score in the goal for 1pt
- Rotate players regularly

- Establish the right shape to play out from the keeper
- Use starting position to create space
- Once ball is active how can we move to support the ball?
