Aim of the session:
To enhance the keepers ability to perform their technique when tired and under pressure
Three colourd cones spaced 1 step away from each other.
Coach - Positioned 2-3 steps away from the yellow.
Keeper starts on left side of the line.
1st set (Hands)
Coach calls a colour and the keeper simple positions themselves in line with that cone (Once they have completed 4 serves) switch the side, ensure there is no break 8 serves and once you say switch they swap lanes.
3 sets 8 reps for all.
Second exercise - Scoops
Third exercise - Low Dives
Fourth - High dives
Lastly finish off with Shooting
