DESCRIPTION

  • Conditioned game for the 1st 20 minutes
  • The condition is that there is a free zone on the side, the wide player can not be tackled in this zone.

Progression:

  • One defender can close down in the side zone, can the attacking team create a 2v1 to attack.

  • 25 minutes will be played as a normal 2 goal game

Coaching Points:

  • Can the team create an overload
  • Can the strikers time their movement
  • When, where, how to cross and movement of the strikers
