Players are inside a marked out area. Half of them are dribbling a ball, avoiding other players using different parts of the foot. The other players are jogging whilst incorporating different dynamic stretches (eg. high knees, open the gates, close the gates). Players switch the ball over every few minutes by finding someone to pass the ball to.
