2 teams play a 4v3 game. Place two gates in each end line as shown in the image. Yellow team defending the white cones blue team defending the red cones. If needed create two different boxes to involve all players.
PROGRESSION
Blue team begins play. Their aim is to run through an open white gate. To achieve so they need to use the width of the pitch and exploit the numerical advantage they have to switch play to the open unmarked side of the pitch.
If the yellow team wins the ball they can score by passing through the red cones.
