This is a competitive practice in which one team of players will be plaing counter attack and the other will be playin all out attack, the diagram on the left shows a phase of play where a counter attack is used (with the blues counter attacking).
coaching points-
1- I want to see them try to pass the ball quickly to get the ball out of there half.
2- I want to see a throughball which they can try to score from.
3-I want to see them score from a counter attack.
