DESCRIPTION:
- Play 4v4 with a target player in a 30x20 area
- Each team has 3 target gates
- Team scores by connecting with their target player through a gate
- Throw-ins allowed, balls out at each end go to the last player on the defensvie team to restart
PROGRESSION:
- To score team not only has to connect with the target player through the gate but receive the ball back through one of the other two gates
COACHING POINTS:
- Accurate passing with purpose
- Safe side and leading passes to keep possession
