DESCRIPTION

These grids can either be 4 vs 1 or 3 vs 1 depending on numbers.

Attackers have to avoid losing the ball to defender or pass going out of the square. 

If the attackers pass the ball out or lose posession, then the attackers must run to the first cone and back, when this happens again to the second and third time to the furthest cone. 

The player who loses possession is the next defender.
