The aim is to defend your ball, whilst trying to get others out by kicking their ball beyond the marked area. This drill is perfect for teaching the athletes several different skills and techniques which are vital in a match environment. This activity encourages athletes to keep the ball under close control at all times, which would improve dribbling, and teach the players how to successfully shield the ball from any oncoming opponents.
