The first drill will be a simple dribbling activity, using a line of cones at an equal distance apart. The players will line up behind each other and the first person will dribble in and out of the cones on the way up and on the way back. The next person in line can only go when the player before gets back. I will progress this drill by reducing the distance between each cone as this will the players have to be more precise and will be more challenging.
Dribble with a speed and intensity, whilst keeping the ball under control at all times.
Use both feet as well as the inside and outside of the foot.
