Unopposed passing session
Set-up: 25x30 grid split into 2 25x15 grids with 2 gates on the center line. 2 teams of 6 players (12 players total) with 1 ball for each team.
Teams work the ball around within their respective groups for a set number of passes before passing the ball through one of the two gates to the opposite team.
Progression: move to an opposed version taking 2 players from each team and playing 4v2 within each half. (4v2 Possession Gates)
Move after each pass, working to take up new space in order to receive the ball again.
