This minigame will be an 8v8 situation, where players will be encouraged to work together to build up play and use previously learnt skills to shoot and score. The session should be stopped at regular intervals to remind players of coaching points and weaker areas in the play. The score should be kept count by the coach (me), and the teams should be encouraged to put in maximum effort to try and score. The game will be made slightly harder by not allowing players to shoot in the box (marked by cones/lines). This will encourage them to shoot from further away, meaning they will be forced to apply more power and greater accuracy when shooting.
1. To maintain shooting skill level when in a competitive situation.
2. To handle pressure well when shooting.
