My objective is to create an isolated counter attacking drill, with a 3 v 2 scenario as this replicates a situation created in a game. The 3 attackers will start on the half-way line, with the 2 defenders on the edge of the 'D' of the 18 yard box. On the shout of 'go', the attackers should attack at pace, with a high intensity and try to outwit the 2 defenders to score a goal. I will ensure that this is performed at a high intensity by only giving them 10 seconds to score. After each go, 2 of the attackers will play as defenders and the previous defenders will join the line of attackers.
