Players will learn how to fake a player in a 1v1 situation using the fake/take method.
Players will drop their shoulder 1 way and take the ball the opposite way using the outside of the foot.
To hit the 'sweet spot' of learning player will be given different levels, players must be able to perform the skill with both feet to progress to the next level.
Level 1: With the ball stationary
Level 2: With the ball moving
Level 3: With the ball moving at speed
Level 4: Fake/Fake/Take (players perform 2 fakes) with the ball stationary
Level 5: Fake/Fake/Take with the ball moving
Level 6: Fake/Fake/Take with the ball moving at speed
