DESCRIPTION

  • GK starts in the goal with the boxes mark outside the area. 
  • In both boxes, there will be a 2v1.
  • Only one striker can break into the area and must shoot in the black marked area. Defenders are able to try stop the striker from the area but must stay in the box. Each striker alternates. 

Progressions 

  • Change into a 4v2 and any striker can break into the marked area thereofr keeper the GK on their toes and alert. 

COACHING POINTS

  • GK must be alert on on their toes. 
  • Communication with defender is important 
  • previous coaching points are also important for the practice.
